It looks like many of the boxes have never been opened. Boxes are in great condition. Each house/shop/church wrapped and tucked into its box. PLEASE NOTE: THE SINCLAIR CARRIAGE HOUSE IS PACKED IN A BOX LABELED AS THE CONSTANCE ADAMS HOME. To give you an idea of size, the boxes measure 3.5x3.5x3.5.
