You cant get a parts only boombox in this make an model for any less than double the opening asking price for this very loud snd large 80s Lloyd\'s boombox . radio stereo, perfect for those who love retro gadgets. This boombox is capable of playing cassette tapes and has both AM and FM radio bands. It also has a headphone jack and other features for a more personalized listening experience. The tape decks both work but need to be cleaned inside out and the tape decks have not got theb original plastics. For asthetic purposes i temporarily used tape case to covers to dress them up.but you could lierally use any other tape decks or even just scrap plexi and it would be easy to make it pook factory...and it impedes 0 percent on there function..also just staying. Transparent,there is a slight[y dented n l.speaker covers bit if taken off and pressed oit it can be easily fixed.the headphone jack will take sig and balance it.the mic input is mono but is auto panned in the the box .it has am fm that pick up phenomenally.as well as short and long wave selections for bands. I sounds really good and it bumps pretty loud. picks up great .hence the price. This box would make.a great radio.for work or a super resto project.also itd make a monster.mod. as is it jams .and with a good thorugh swabbinpppoi0g and cleaning the tapes should work fine.both motors turn well and all the buttons work.as i said one  the doors for the cassette may or may not need replacing but.it is missing the plastic00 from both of them.it comes with a power.cord but will run on a 15v adapter or batteries.the battery bay is clean.
