Shipping costs are calculated by USPS shipping rates, which is Ground Advantage or Media Mail. USPS Rates are also based on weight and size of package and destination.
If potential buyer/buyer wants a lower shipping cost there are other options, please let me know prior to offerding or buying, allowing me to change shipping option. But once change is made to accommodate that request, immediate purchase or offer would be appreciated.
If purchase/offer is not made within 24 hours, I will change it back to previous shipping setting.
Keep in mind, lower shipping cost may effect date of delivery different from “higher” shipping rates, which even the USPS doesn’t guarantee.
