This is a SPECTACULAR historical collectible. This is a SINGLE-SIGNED ball by former Soviet leader Mikhail Gorbachev, one of the key figures of cold war history and 20th century history generally.
You almost never see a SINGLE signed ball without inscription from Gorbachev. Occasionally there will be a dual one with another political figure, and there are some like this that even sell without authentication.
This ball is without description or additional signature, just that of Gorbachev in a fully discernable but occasionally weakish signature that would probably be like the 7-8s of the cards I have that use PSA/DNA, who authenticated this ball. (Letter comes with it.) It is a very clean and strong official National League ball with some spots of age toning.
This is a special item. Of the few other copies I've seen most sold for more adjusted for market and were in worse shape.
