Native American Kokopelli Pottery Wall Hanging:
$85.00

Native American Kokopelli Pottery Wall Hanging. Need Good luck? Approximately 4x6 inches.

According to this legend, Kokopelli brings good fortune and prosperity to anyone who will listen to his songs. His flute announces his coming and when he leaves, the crop is bountiful. Kokopelli is a positive divinity, adored by the Anasazi, Navajo, Hopi, Zuni and Pueblo Natives.

I make my pottery clay by hand. Each piece is one of a kind. I roll my clay heavy. There are no dainty pieces. These are individual hand made pieces. Each one is one of a kind. They are not smooth. Depending on the clay how it drys and cures. All paint colors used are made by me naturally. I used Goats milk for my whites. Sometimes rose petals from my rose bushes or dry leaves from my Willow tree. Old coal pieces for my blacks. At times I add pigments. All pieces are sprayed with water based sealer. Are you in need of a spiritual boost? Here it is! Hand twisted twine is used for hanging. Made by spiritual hands. Made by New Mexican Indigenous. Born and organically raised artist Julie Ann Sena. Julie Ann is a life long resident in Santa Fe County. Living in the mountaintop in Edgewood, NM. Warning message! This could cause positive, spiritual greatness! Please keep in mind all art is made by hand in my workshop. You may see small imperfections or possibly small dots of other colors of paint used on other art pieces. If you have any questions please feel free to ask! Thank you.
