My extensive research resulted in only one other Daisy like this! How cool is that! She was saleed in 2015 in Japan (for an undisclosed amount) and the listing stated, "this is a very valuable item that is no longer for sale". The more I think about it, maybe she is the one that sold in Japan! If you are a Daisy Duck fan, or know one, pick her up! She will go fast!
What makes this even more unique is the box. There are cartoons with Goofy, Donald Duck, Pluto, Minnie Mouse and Pluto. But the crazy part? The cartoons are in Swedish! I kid you not! This is so GREAT!!
With burgundy shoes, shirt and bow on top of her head, her collar and shirt cuffs are a lovely blue/gray. Her eyes are a beautiful light blue with the largest pupils I have seen on a Daisy Duck Doll. At her hips are a beige lace. The color matches her torso, arms, hands and head. She has a bit of hair (feathers maybe?) in front of the bow and three cute eye lashes at the top of each eye. To complete the look, Daisy's beak is a nice apricot color that matches her legs. She is the best! The tag is attached to left back side of her head. The box is approximately 14 x 6 x 5 in or 34.5 x 15.5 x 13.5 cm.
The box has wear from age. In addition, there are remnants from a sticker on the top right of the viewing plastic. On the back of the box, there is a white spot where something was removed (a sticker maybe?). At the bottom of the box, there is a faint rectangle on the top left corner. Please, please, please see photos carefully. She is attached to the cardboard, so she has not moved around over the years. This has preventing damage to the doll itself.
