VERY RARE 1832 Antique Legal Court Warrant Document, Issued by Court of Middletown, Conn. for $12.00 for Joseph Maynard
DESCRIPTION:This is a very rare antique hand written legal court document issued by the Court in the Town of Middletown, Connecticut in May 1832. Serves as a warrant to bring the defendant Joseph Maynard into court. Also has a series of legal endorsements written on the reverse.
Really nicely done, on early laid paper, written in old black ink by hand. PROBABLY USING A QUILL PEN!!
Measures 6 1/4" x 8". VERY SUITABLE FOR FRAMING and would be a great decoration, ESPECIALLY FOR SOMEONE FROM THE MIDDLETOWN, CONNECTICUT AREA.
