Hello. You are offerding on a nice, hard to find old, circa 1940s era, advertising piece, a desktop figurine or paperweight with a cast iron base, brass designed plate with ALMCO Quality logo, and bronze Victorian boy on the edge looking down at the logo. Neat, strange old piece. Boy is 3 3/4 inches tall, base is 3 inches wide. Very good shape, patina to all, surface rusting to the cast iron base, probably could use some fine cleaning.
