Excellent RESTORED antique condition!This antique fixture is made of solid copper, and the finish has been cleaned and lightly buffed, while keeping its beautiful patinaThe patent number on the brass tag dates the fixture to as early as 1928It is patent number 1,694,047, filed by Frederick Wening in 1927, approved in 1928
It is from a factory in Michigan, and has been in one person's collection since removing it from the factory about 40-50 years ago, always with the intention of using it in their home. They are now downsizing and are ready for someone else to enjoy it.The porcelain socket and wiring are now brand new and ready for years of use to come!Working well and looking amazingThe glass shade is originalThe fixture uses one standard-base light bulb up to 100 watts (or use an LED bulb for any brightness you like, as they use low wattage for bright light)Light bulb and ceiling mount screws not included
