Antique Capodimonte figurine Boy & Girl in Rare Pose with puppies. Condition is gently pre owned and in excellent shape.
I say the boy and girl are in rare poses because I have not seen another figurine exactly like this. I have seen a few boy and girl figurines but the characters but not like this. In this figurine the characters seem alive.
This figurine is very old and likely one of the first iterations of this piece.
As with the others, there are 3 puppies, a boy eagerly looking over the fence and the girl gleefully looking up at him.
The joy on the faces of the kids is what captivates me in this piece.
It stands about 6 inches tall and 6 inches wide and 3 inches deep.
