All our Ceramic ashtrays are 100% handmade and may feature inconsistencies or slight flaws. Because it is a ceramic ashtray it goes through several process like 24 hours baking, extrusion, slip casting, pressing, tape casting etc. After the particles are formed, these "green" ceramics undergo a heat-treatment to produce a rigid, finished product which sometimes cause little movement on the graphics. Because of that we have tiny blemishes or little inconsistencies. No two ashtray are identical which make each ashtray unique.
