This Lumicel was made by \"THE ANIMATED ANIMATIONS COMPANY LLC.\" This retired Lumicel narrates a story between Tweety and Sylvester using the characters original voiceswhile the drawings flash light back & forth depending on which character is speaking. The Lumicel is activated by motion, upon waving your hand across the well-hidden sensor on the bottom right of the frame the function activates.
The Lumicel comes included with its unopened still sealedCertificate of Authenticity, the frame measuresapproximately 20\'\' x 33\'\'.
The frame has some wear and the Lumicel has some light discoloring on the bottom left & right corner, overall it is in Very Good condition.
