This is a apron of Spago Restaurant founded by Wolfgang Puck in 1982. It was signed by so many famous chefs on the American Wine & Food Festival in 1985.
This apron was signed by:
1.Paul Prudhomme (1940-2015）: He was among the first celebrity chefs, the restaurateur, author, entrepreneur and television personality.
