Condition: As seen in the pictures, the paperwork is stuck to the lighter and one of the inside flip-up pieces of cardboard on the box is detached. The wheel will not turn, so I am sure that it will need a new flint. The hinge is very tight. The lighter itself may have never have been used. Be sure to look at the close-up pictures.
