Items shipped to Florida addresses require payment of 6% state sales tax.

I will only ship to e-bay/paypal verified addresses in the United States and I only use USPS priority mail or UPS ground for shipping due to problems with lower rate packages being damaged in transit. I know that may cost slightly more but it avoids loss and the hassle of filing claims and returned shipping costs, etc.Normally I do not accept returned items but if an item is damaged or the buyer doesn\'t like the item for some reason and the buyer requires a refund then I will want the item be returned to me at the buyers expense or if damaged offer to settle for the cost of the item minus the shipping. This is because the insurance E-bay offers at checkout only cover the item cost and not the shipping. I pack well and have not had but a few problems.
