ROYAL QUIET DE LUXE manual portable typewriter. 1953. This is the Royal model that Ernest Hemingway used to write many of his books. All Original. Beautiful gray crinkle finish with green keys and white letters. Recently serviced including cleaning, lubricating, adjusting, new ribbon installed and tested. Works great. Typewriter feet are in very good condition.Original tweed case. Original lock . Lock works. Case has some scuff and scratch marks due to use and age. Typewriter is very clean and no smells.
