A Bohemian jeweler by profession, Daniel Swarovski got an electric crystal cutting machine patented in his name. returnsWatchesAndBeyond will gladly exchange or refund any unworn and undamaged item with all original packaging materials. All returns must receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and be returned to WatchesAndBeyond within 30 days of receipt of the original purchase. The RMA must be clearly written on the outside of the package. Any item returned without an RMA is subject to a 15% restocking fee.
If within 30 days you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund excluding the original shipping expenses.
The items being returned must be shipped back with insurance at the full value of the item being returned, at the customer’s expense.
