We have been in the collectables businessfor 25 years and have a vast inventory of products. We stock Trading cards,Collectable card games, Comics and Transformers Toys.
Payment:
We will combine shipping whenever possible.Please request an invoice if you want a combined total. We don\'t always spotover payments and we don\'t want you to feel that you\'ve been overcharged.
Please pay within 7 days except by priorarrangement. We will file with to reclaim our costs on unpaid items.
Shipping Costs:
We will combine shipping where ever we can,please ask us or request an invoice if you\'re not sure. Please note sell sheetscannot be combined with other items.
Please do not purchase several items and payfor them all separately this causes no end of headaches especially if you laterdecide you wanted to combine shipping.
We dispatch items on a Monday and aThursday. If you need your item really urgently please drop us an email and wewill try and help.
Delivery times:
Please be aware that the post office areextremely incompetent.
UK items should be delivered in 1-2 days butit is possible for them to take longer. We will consider an item lost after 14days and replace or refund at this point.
International items should be delivered in5-7 days but it is possible for them to take up to 28 days, we really don\'tunderstand why. We will consider and item lost after 28 days and replace orrefund at this point.
If you are concerned please purchase thetracked option Special Delivery/International Tracked. We have never (fingerscrossed) had an item get lost using these two methods.
Returns:
Incorrect or Damaged Goods:
We try our hardest not to make mistakes butwe\'re only human and occasionally mistakes do happen. In the rare instance thatthis happens please email us and tell us the problem. Unfortunately we\'re notblessed with psychic powers so we need to be told that there\'s something wrong.Leaving a rant on our response doesn\'t help anyone, please talk to us. We willalways try and correct any problem.
Unwanted or mistakenly purchased Items:
We operate the standard 14 day returnspolicy, please return the items to us exactly as they have been shipped. Itemsthat have had parts removed or been damaged by you will not be refunded.
We will only refund the cost of the item. Ifyou simply changed your mind then we will retain the p&p that we\'ve paidout.
Collecting trading cards can bedangerous, all cards are sold by trained athletes, do not attempt this at homebla bla bla.
