This an Authentic World War II US Navy relic, used onboard a Navy Ship or perhaps a Submarine. On the attached plate it says BU ORD Binocular. Also Bausch & Lomb Optical Company Rochester NY, plus Mark 35, the year 1944 and Ser No. 247. I believe it was somehow mounted on the deck of ship for sighting gunnery targets or other purposes. It is pretty much intact but will need a full restoration, overhaul, rebuild. The glass looks to be all there but it is very dirty and gummed up. The rubber eye cups are still pliable but they are badly mishapen. The exterior metal has lots of dirt and gunk. It is VERY Heavy... about 40 pounds and measures about 11x10x5. What you see is what you\'ll get.
US Ground Shipping will be Calculated for your location. (sometimes the calculator comes out way high for long distances (like to the West Coast). If the actual cost is a significantly less, I will refund the difference.) .... I will pack it very well, shipped by an economical Ground means. No International sales.
