Originally designed to cover a military ALICE Pack, these U.S. Government Issue Desert Camouflage Field Pack Covers make great spare tire covers. They will cover a 15"-16" with no straps or hardware required because the heavy-duty elastic will hold it in place. It measures approximately 29.5 inches in diameter.
Due to extended storage in cardboard box packaging these items will show some brown dye transfer on the item itself. See pictures for details.

Shipping:

**We ship Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) and most Saturdays. Orders paid for by 12 PM EST will be shipped the same day.
**We ship items via USPS or UPS domestically depending on the size and weight of the package. Most items are shipped via USPS.
**We do ship internationally, however, not everything we sell can be shipped outside the United States. If international shipping is not offered for a particular item, then that item cannot be shipped outside the U.S. All parcels shipped internationally will be shipped via USPS.
**International customers are responsible for any import fees or taxes levied by their government. All items we ship will be identified as "merchandise", please do not ask to have an item identified as a "gift".
Payment:
**We expect payment within 3 days of the purchase date. We ship items within one business day of receiving payment, so we expect a quick payment in return.
**We will hold items for up to 7 days if you wish to accumulate your purchases to save on shipping. If you wish for us to hold them longer than 7 days, then you must pay for your older items before adding to your purchases.
