I believe this medal was given to Korean aviators undergoing flight training in Seoul, Korea in 1941 as part of the Imperial Japanese Army (IJA) conscript(Inspectorate General of Military Training (教育総監部,Kyoiku sokanbu). It's in excellent condition as shown. It has a good amount of original patina, appears to be made of silver, and has not been cleaned in any way. This is the only one like it I've been able to find online, so am taking a guess at the starting price based on similar IJA/Korean crossover medals of the era.
