Clear 11 holes 3 inch: No chips, cracks, or unusual wear. The hole in the center is larger than the other 10. The bottom diameter measures 3". There is a rim at the top (so it will rest on the TOP rim of a vase, as well as the bottom). The diameter of the rim at the top is 3 1/4".
Clear 9 holes 3 inch:The hole in the center is slightly larger than the 8 holes surrounding it. Stands just over 2" tall. Has the patent number and year (1910), along with the notation "Made in England", embossed on the bottom.No chips, cracks, or evidence of unusual wear, just a few rough spots around the rim (What looks like a giant split or crack at about the 11:30 position in the first photo is just a trick of the lens - there is no split or crack).
