This sale is for this amazing porcelain insulator based holophane pendant lamp - possibly a street lamp. This lamp has an actual insulator - heavy duty base. This fixture measures approx 25\" long x 14\" wide. There is only one small mark that I could find on the metal piece on top that is hangs from -and thanks to a helpful er who helped me identify this lamp - it\'s a logo with an LM inside a triangle in a circle. It\'s the logo for Line Material Co. and Holophane made the glass used by Line Material Co. in the 1940\'s. This was originally a series circuit street light but this 405 watt bulb indicates that at some point it was converted to 110 volts.
It has NOT been tested but I see no reason why it wouldn\'t work when it\'s re-wired.
