VINTAGE ROTATOR FIRE TRUCK POLICE 2 BEAM BEACON. For Sale

I have a vintage rotator police or fire truck beacon. No real manufacture but it says 12 volt, the motor worked but not the lights, I checked and they were bad. I found some new ones at $30 a pair and they worked good. So good they burned out the battery in my car after about 6 hours of straight use to work the bugs out and all. It has no top, but I sort of found a top, which might require some crafty assembly cause this base is 7.5 inches outer diameter,[at the top, and 8.5 at the bottom] and the red glass dome is 6.5 inches inner diameter, and 7.5 outer. The dome item # is 231181808590 , and he wants $65 to ship it to your door. This thing is very old, prolly soon after they went to 12 volt systems they began with an item like this cause it\'s hugh, heavy, uses good power, and has only two lights. I took a video of it and if you want to see that, just shoot me your email without the @ symbol and i will send you that link. when packaging this item I want to put the bulbs in the new boxes to reduce the weight of the top end during todays rigerous handleing methods, unless the buyer thinks they can\'t put the bulbs back in..Good luck offerding folks.
