Plate frame is in outstanding condition with very minor pitting - very rare for a NY plate frame as we use salt on the roads in the winter. Screw holes are intact and show very minor screw wear.
Owner / Dealer ID tag is fantastic with NO cracks and all letters and numbers are intact and legible.
