I offered the buyer a full refund.Upon receiving the unit and refunding the money I realized it did work - it just needed a simple reset - instructions where found easily on google. After above average service and quick turn around - I was rewarded with a negative response on that transaction. If you feel the need to give me negative response - let me know you are unhappy before hand so we can try to work it out.
