This radio has been tested with the required 2 AA batteries (not included) and is fully functional. Device exterior is in good shape. Back chassis is almost perfect, with small scuffs around. Slight discoloration on the front speaker grill. Included leather case is in great shape, only very slight wear on the top of it.
