An antique French bullet shell reloading press dating to the early 1900s. The piece features two metal cartridge forms mounted on a steel plate and an iron arm with hardwood handle. This old French tool was used to unload and reload bullet shell. It will make a great gift for hunter or for a collector of old tools.
