This is a very rare Doctor WhoProduct Enterprises British BBC 2002 release Large 12\" Black & Silver (Remembrance of the Daleks) Dalek with Blue Remote Control.
Product Overview perProduct Enterprise- \"12\'\' remote controlled Daleks, featuring a powered rotating head, lifting/dropping eyestalk, and flashing lights in addition to tank-style 360 degree movement and voice commands, which are activated with every right movement of the Daleks\' head dome; this in turn activates the head lamps. Also feature poseable gun and plunger arm.\"
The earliest releases of this series of Daleks from ProjectEnterpriseunder license from the BCC featured blue controllers and orange box art (current listing), while most of these Daleks in the later releases have purple controllers and purple box art to match.

Box has some wear but I consider it to be in remarkably well preserved condition for its age. (20 years old). Note- I cannot guarantee that this item is functioning as it has been stored in its original packaging on a shelf as a collectors piece since I have had it in my collection.
