Well....all I can say is thankyou to the previous owner who repaired the handle. It is better than not havingone or a damaged handle. It's rock solid and even has a slight hammered finish.Outside of the repaired handle, the cover is in really good condition. The item was stripped down to bare metal using collector approvedlye bath and electrolysis treatments. This process ensures the removal of allresidue from previous use making it safe to use once more. The item is lightlyseasoned with one round of Crisco at 450 for 1 hour. This item was photographedin very bright light to highlight fine details. Under these lightingconditions, items may take on a brown color. Items are much darker under normallight.
