Vintage JAJ Pyrex Snowflake Gaiety White Black 4 Piece Bowl Set 1950s GC For Sale

*Vintage* JAJ Pyrex "Snowflake/Gaiety" 4 Piece White & Black Bowl/Dish Set. Made In England - Circa 1950's. This simply lovely bowl/dish set is in good moderately used vintage condition. All four bowls have been checked thoroughly, and I have tried my best to photograph any flaws or damage. They have no major chips, cracks, major scratches, major stains, colour/pattern wear or removal or dishwasher damage. The first two bowls seem to be more heavily used than the smaller two. There are some dark marks on the handles of the largest bowl, and underneath one handle and a few tiny slightly rough 'sliver' chips on the edges ( Please See Photos) The two smaller bowls look to be only lightly used, with only a small mark on the edge of the second to smallest bowl. Any slight imperfection is small, hardly noticeable and in no way detracts from the collectability, loveliness and vintage/retro charm of this beautiful 4 piece set.
Each bowl is made from white milk glass. They feature the classic JAJ black Snowflake ( also sometimes called Gaiety) pattern on either side of the larger two bowls, and on the front of the smaller two bowls. The larger two bowls have handles on each side - making them perfect for use as casserole or baking dishes as well as mixing bowls. The second to smallest bowl has a small handle/lip on its back (Perfect for scooping or pouring) The smallest bowl is a sauce boat/bowl.
These bowls/dishes look lovely stacked together in a display or used with other coloured Pyrex Bowls. The perfect addition to any collection!
