An originalantique wooden crate with dual sides stenciled company logo and filled with ahuge assorted variety of the different types of wooden heels for women\'s shoesthat were made, and in many different sizes. The box is rather large measuring29\" length by 13\" wide. This would make a great display piece, shelfunit, or could be repurposed into a fantastic coffee table. The wooden box andheels are in excellent condition, just needs a dusting. The Missouri Wood Heel Company was founded in1935 in St. Louis by Benjamin L. Slossberg. The company later became RipleyIndustries Inc. The company made material for shoes, including heels andplastics. At its peak, Ripley Industries operated factories in Missouri,Michigan, New York, Massachusetts, Maine and Puerto Rico, and was the leadingsupplier of shoe heels in the country.
