Vintage National Potteries Cleveland Potteries Pixie Flower Angel Figurine JapanDid not see any chips on it or feel any chips. Did feel a small imperfection/sharp behind on of the pedals i will point it out in my pictures. Also I cant tell on one of her toes if its just imperfect or a small chip/imperfection but will point it out in my pictures. .This figurine does need to be clean and I will leave it to the buyer. I dont want to accidentally remove any paint from it. How its displayed in my pictures is how you will receive it. It measures about 2.5 in tall a little over 3 in from one pedal to the other .
