FREE SHIPPING: Rarely do we offer free shipping. Shipping is not“free”.Someone must pay for it -- either the Buyer or Seller. If the Buyer pays shipping, it is paiddirectly to the Seller as a separate line item at check out. The Seller willuse the shipping money received to purchase the shipping label. If the Seller pays shipping (i.e. “FreeShipping”), the cost is added to the item’s price which will inflate the priceof the item and does not reflect the “true value” of the item. All items must be paid for in advance prior to pickup. We CANNOT ship items marked for local pick up only. If you are not inthe Melbourne, Florida area and cannot pick up the item personally, then wewill respectfully cancel the order and provide a full refund if payment was made.

QUALITY CONTROL: Weinspect all items we sell 3 times – 1) when we purchase it; 2) prior to listingit for sale; and 3) prior to shipping it out.We will notify you of any changein the item’s condition prior to shipping the item to you and give you theopportunity to decide if you still want the item or if you want to cancel theorder.

QUALITY MERCHANDISE: We take pride in the merchandise we offer forsale and HAND SELECT each item we sell for its best use, highest quality,beauty, uniqueness, rarity, desirability, value, and overall condition. Rarely do we sell items that are ripped,torn, stained, chipped, cracked, damaged, etc., unless the flaw is soslight that it does not detract from its beauty or functionality or is deemedsafe to use. CONDITION:Most items wesell are pre-owned, gently used orvintage (20 years or older) and may have slight imperfections or light wear andtear due to age or prior use. Some items we sell although preowned are in like-newcondition. We will describe the item’s condition “as we see it” at the time welisted it to the best of our ability and knowledge and will provide photos;however, we may not capture everything exactly. Items that have slightimperfections or flaws, will be disclosed in the listing’s Condition Notes, andhave “As Is” included in the Title. We dowash, iron, clean, dust, sterilize, freshen, polish, etc. most of the items wesell, when it is safe to do so, prior to listing and shipping. Some vintageitems we leave alone and sell “as they are”. Please see “Quality Control” for details.

AGE:Age will belisted if known. If not, then if the listing says “vintage”, we presume it tobe 20 years old or older (before 2003). If it does not say “vintage”, then wepresume it to be less than 20 years old (2003 to present).

JEWELRY: Most of our jewelry for sale is preownedcostume/fashion jewelry; contemporary or vintage. We hand select each piece forits beauty, condition, and best quality for what it is. Some pieces are marked;most are not. We test, research, and clean the jewelry (if needed). We are notjewelry experts but are learning! We know some things about some jewelry butnot all things about all jewelry. We will describe the jewelry pieces to thebest of our ability and knowledge at the time of listing and provide photos. If you know more about a piece we have listed or find ourdescription to be vague or inaccurate, please let us know! It is not our intention to misrepresent anything that we sell.

SHRINKAGEALLOWANCE FOR PREOWNED CLOTHING:Pre-owned clothing that is machinewashable or made of a fabric like 100% Cotton more likely than not has beenwashed and dried one or more times prior to our obtaining them.Andwe most often wash, dry, and/or freshen the garments one more time according to their care instructions to prepare themfor resale. Please be aware that some shrinkage may have occurred over timeduring these cleaning processes. Please refer tothe measurements and view all photos before purchasing. Ask questions ifneeded.

NONPAYMENT: Ifwe do not receive payment from you for an item(s) you agreed to purchase within4 calendar days from date you committed to purchase the item(s), your orderwill be automatically cancelled for Nonpayment and will record an UnpaidCancellation on your account. Buyers who have 2 or more unpaid cancellationswill not be able to purchase again from our store. Excessive Unpaidcancellations may also result in limits being imposed by other Sellers or by, and you may lose your buying privileges indefinitely. Please see “MakingOffers/Accepting Offers” and “Order Cancellation Policy” for more details.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY: If you makea purchase and then request to cancel the order for any reason, we will acceptthe order cancellation request if the item has not already been shipped. If theorder cancellation request is accepted, and payment was received for the order,we will process your refund within 24 hours.It takes 5 to 7 business days for the refund to process completely. .

RETURN POLICY: We donot accept returns in most cases. If you submit a return request for anextenuating circumstance, it will be reviewed and considered on a case-by-casebasis. We reserve the right to accept ordecline a return request, or we may offer you other options. If a return requestis accepted, you are responsible for paying the Return shipping cost. Incertain circumstances, may require us to pay for the return shipping or wemay offer to do so on our own depending on the circumstances. In this case, will send you a prepaid return label directly or we will refund you the return shippingcost. We encourage open and honestcommunication between Buyer and Seller and will work with you to attain a fairand equitable resolution.

RETURNEDITEMS: In rare cases, if a return request isaccepted, all items you are returning must be in the same condition you receivedthem, (i.e., in resalable condition), and/or as seen in listing photos (i.e.,undamaged, tags still attached, no signs of use, wear, washing, modification,damage by you after you received them, and ALL parts and accessories associatedwith the item that were included in the sale MUST also be returned in order fora full refund of the purchase price to be given. Once we receive the returneditem(s), we will inspect them and if all the above criteria are met and we deemthe item(s) is in resalable condition, then we will process the refundpromptly.

POSTAGEDUE RETURNS: If a package you returned to us is received PostageDue the postage amount we had to pay to receive the package will be deductedfrom the refund amount.

DAMAGEDRETURNS: If youreturn a package to us and some of the items are received damaged, we will proratethe refund equal to the purchase value of the damaged items. If the contents ofthe entire package is received broken, then no refund will be given, so besure to pack the box carefully and securely to lower the risk of damage duringshipping to ensure a safe delivery back to us!

REFUNDPOLICY: If a refund is warranted, the amount of therefund will be for the purchase price of the item only. We do not refund the originalshipping cost because the money was already spent to ship the item to you unlesswe are required by to do so or otherwise discussed to resolve an issue.
