If an item does have an issue, we do our best to point out all major flaws through our description and photos, but a pre-owned and used item is not new. Payment policy: PayPal is the only form of payment accepted at this time. Payment is due within 4 days after the sale ends, and automatically turned over to ?s Unpaid Item Assistant after the fourth day. International offers not accepted at this time.
