I apologize, but I know very little about silver & unable to determine the difference between silver and silver-plated. As depicted in my photos, it is quite tarnished. As a rule, I never clean or polish silver, antiques, vintage-era items; nor collectibles & prefer leaving that choice up to the buyer.
As previously stated, it measures approximately 7-1/2” in height x 3-1/4” in diameter & approximately 2-3/4” inches diameter at the base. The stem itself measures approximately 4” to 4-1/4” with a diagonal design. It weighs 1.07 oz.
