Buyer please note, lava lamps are a bit tricky to ship because they are not meant to be shuffled around. More than likely the wax will need \"reset\" after you get it. It\'s a very easy process there are videos on how to do it, but basically you just have to run it a few good cycles for a few hours each time to let the wax resettle and get back together. (They are not meant to be shaken up)
