Vintage Spanish 2 Tier Ceramic Stand White and Light Blue Enamel Reticulated Basket Weave Rims c. 1940 - 1965. This item is in great condition with the exception of two areas. One has a some of the ceramic chipped and one has the ceramic scratched down to the metal. It has a light robin\'s egg blue under tone and is quite pretty. It is heavy as it is made with metal with ceramic over the metal and then has a glossy seal. The stand is a bit wobbly but it\'s because the rod that goes through the two tiers needs a new rubber washer where between where the top tier sits on the bottom tier.
