View Larger Image   S. J. Addis Tanged Gouge Carving Chisel 3/8 inch   Description: This is a top quality English carving chisel marked "S. J. Addis CAST STEEL 4" on the steel shank. It is 3/8" wide at the cutting edge, and 8.2" long overall. It has a mild or flat sweep or arc in regards to the type of gouge, as it is almost flat in shape. It has a good solid, 8 sided English tanged type handle, that fits well and looks nice, with a diamond decoration on the handle on each side.
