Description
This piece comes from my personal collection, carefully kept as a natural mineral display specimen.
A beautiful natural Himalayan quartz crystal from the Hashupi Himal region of northern Pakistan, an alpine quartz locality known for producing highly textured and character-rich quartz specimens.
This crystal combines several desirable Himalayan growth features in one piece. The front side shows a bright clear window-like face, allowing the internal scenery to be viewed under light. Inside the crystal are soft white phantom structures, delicate star-like cotton inclusions, reflective internal planes, and subtle rainbow flashes that create depth and movement through the body of the quartz.
The surface carries strong Himalayan texture, including Akashic growth lines, barcode-like growth marks, circuit-board style patterns, and natural etched details. Near the termination, the crystal shows recessed rune-style / Atlantis-style etchings, appearing naturally sunken into the crystal faces. These markings add a distinctive architectural quality to the point.
The back side gives this specimen its old-soul character. It preserves natural frosted mineral skin, champagne-golden iron oxide staining, healed growth texture, Nirvana-style surface formations, and natural etched cavities from mineral dissolution. This side feels more like an ancient mountain wall than a simple crystal face, with layers of natural history visible across the surface.
The base shows a natural detachment area with healed and re-etched texture, not a cut or polished surface. Overall, this is a structure-focused Hashupi Himalayan quartz specimen with strong internal scenery, natural surface etching, white phantom formations, and a deeply aged mountain character.
Condition Note
Natural crystal with original growth lines, etched cavities, healed areas, mineral staining, internal veils, white phantom structures, rainbow reflections, and surface texture as formed. These are natural features of the specimen, not damage.
