\"Pennsy Q Class\" covers the PRR\'s development, testing and commissioning of its Q Class Steam Locomotives. There was a Q-1 prototype, but that was used to develop the Q-2 (4-4-6-4) in 1944, which was the largest non-articulated locomotive ever built. Lots of b/w photos, specs, memos from PRR, estimates, and a great narrative by someone who drove steam. There are fold-out drawings, both elevation and art, full size for HO.
Iam listing multiple books on the Pennsylvania RRs, so buy several and save some postage.
