You're offerding on a very RARE letter written and signed by none other than ALEXANDER HAMILTON.
The 1790 letter reads in part..."I have considered the application made to you by the Gentlemen concerned in the damaged goods imported in the Betsey (1790 ship) from Liverpool, and I am of opinion, that your answer to them is conformable with the law." / "I am, Sir, Your Obedient Servant / Alexander Hamilton".
The autograph has been PSA/DNA Certified Authentic with certification #85618786. The LOA is included with the sale. See pictures for details because they are a big part of the description and I'll let them speak for themselves. Since computer monitors differ the color of the paper may look a little different on your screen. Keep in mind the document is over 230 years old.
