Original 1825 handwritten land lease agreement between Henry W. Livingston of Hudson, New York, and John M. Coons of Livingston, Columbia County. This detailed legal contract outlines terms for leasing a farm formerly occupied by Buster Brown, including rent payment in both cash and goods (wheat and livestock). The document is signed by both parties and witnessed by James Bashford, with wax seals present. Includes original docketing and notations showing the lien was delivered on February 1, 1834.
