Offering an 1850’s NY Albany Burgess Corps Shield & Chain In Display Case. Overall in case is 12” x 11 1/8”, shield is very nice and marked, ABC Organized Unit Organized October 8th 1833, \"ASSIDUITY\"is below the emblem and means Keep an eye on your enemy. Pieces have been in display case for over 30 years professionally framed by Fynmore Studio & Art Gallery, Boonville NY and elected not to remove from display. The chain is very nice with lion head on each end.
