• Fold open pamphlet signed over to a resident of Arnheim, Michigan, starting January 1904.
• Bay City Typographica Union Label mark.
• 5.5 inch x 2.9 inch.
• The initial premium receipt is also included, dated December 1903.

The paper is in very good condition with some minor vintage marks.
Bay City is in the Lower Peninsula of Michigan and Arnheim is in Upper Michigan.
The American Relief Society was officially organized and incorporated in May 1900 under the laws of the State of Michigan. According to Genealogy Trails Historical Group, Israel Ruelle was president and Arthur D. Bailey was secretary and treasurer. The premiums were received by Wm. A. Durbee.
