Ulster cabinet holds conference at residence of Sir James Craig, Prime Minister of Northern Ireland. The question of marking the boundary between Ulster and the northern part of the island and the rest of that troubled country forming the Irish Free State is not yet settled. Ulster alleges that certain definite promises made by the government have not been kept, and the whole matter therefore is in a critical stage and likely to provide serious embarrassment when the Labour cabinet reassembles.
