1920s FLAPPER-ERA FASHION — Original Vintage Black and White Photo Snapshot, dated 1927
A romantic original snapshot of a couple embracing in a park garden, dated 1927 (the date "1927" is handwritten in blue ink on the back). A wonderful example of Roaring Twenties fashion history for the 1920s fashion collector:
• The woman wears a classic cloche hat, a dark 1920s drop-waist dress with buttons, and T-strap heels• The man wears a 1920s suit and sports a mustache
They pose arm in arm before flower beds and a white garden statue — a charming flapper-era outdoor portrait.
Details: black and white photo snapshot measuring 3 1/2 x 2 1/2 inches. The back is blank except for "1927" handwritten in blue ink and a small dark stamp mark at bottom-left. No location is identified.
Condition: the print shows light age wear — small spots in the sky area and a dark spot in the lower right of the image; light wear to the edges. Please study the photos carefully.
A great piece for collectors of 1920s fashion, flapper era photographs, Roaring Twenties memorabilia, and vintage snapshot photography.
