The family lineage is neatly preserved by a handwritten ink inscription on the front referencing "Cousin Johnnie Welcovsky," along with an ink "X" drawn directly over the groom's head to identify him for the original recipient. Early 1930s Fashion Transition:The styling perfectly mirrors the fashion shift at the turn of the decade. Moving away from the loose 1920s look, the younger women feature the softer, finger-waved bobs popular in 1930. The bride wears a beautiful drop-waist dress paired with a low, forehead-wrapping bridal veil cap, while the seated attendants display the dropping hemlines typical of the very early 1930s.

Reverse Side: The back shows significant historical album-peel wear, covered in glue spots and brown backing paper residue from when it was carefully salvaged from a vintage family scrapbook. This does not affect the front image.
Edges & Corners: There is heavy curling, handling wear, and soft creasing on the top-right corner and along the outer card margins.
Surface Condition: The front image remains clear with a lovely sepia-toned vintage patina. The original vintage ink inscriptions and identification mark are present on the upper front portion as pictured. Sold as-is due to condition. A truly unique and irreplaceable genealogical artifact for collectors of European-American immigrant history, 1930s fashion, or unique family ephemera.
