Offered is an authentic original 1930s Coca-Cola cardboard advertising sign, produced by Bradford & Co., Inc., St. Joseph, Michigan — one of Coca-Cola’s early and most respected display lithographers.
This pre-war point-of-sale piece features the classic slogan: “Advance and Refresh with Our Special Coke — 5¢”
Printed in vivid red and cream tones, with the Bradford maker’s mark clearly printed in the lower margin, confirming genuine period production.
Measuring approx. 14" x 20" (card) and 16" x 22" in its vintage wood frame, this example survives in exceptionally strong original condition for its age:
Rich, bold color with no fading
No major tears or losses
Light edge toning / wear consistent with 90+ years of age
Clean surface, displays beautifully
Housed under glass in a period-appropriate frame for protection
Most surviving 1930s Coca-Cola cardboard pieces show heavy moisture staining, tears, insect loss or sun fade. Finding one this clean is exceptionally rare — and examples from Bradford & Co. seldom surface at all, let alone in this condition.
A museum-worthy early Coca-Cola display piece with wonderful presence — ideal for advanced collectors, investment display, or a standout addition to any soda, general store, or advertising collection.
Exact item shown — sold as-found, as pictured.

Collector Notes
Early Coca-Cola cardboard displays are far scarcer than porcelain, and premium 1930s pieces have seen major growth in the advanced collector market. This is a true survivor example — not a reproduction.
