1936 Coca-Cola Tray American Art Works Lady in Green Original Vintage For Sale

This is an authentic period Coca-Cola tray featuring an elegant woman in a green evening dress holding a glass of Coca-Cola, with Coca-Cola bottles and glasses pictured on the table beside her. The tray has the classic red-script “Drink Coca-Cola” advertising across the top and the Coca-Cola script logo along the lower portion.

The bottom edge of the artwork is clearly marked:

These original markings are still visible and are shown in the photographs.

This tray is being sold in original, unrestored condition and shows substantial wear consistent with its approximately 90 years of age.

Please note the following condition issues:

• considerable paint loss and finish wear around the outer rolled rim
• oxidation and surface rust along portions of the edges
• scratches, scuffs and surface wear throughout
• scattered small areas of paint loss
• noticeable discoloration and spotting
• a large damaged/abraded area in the center near the woman\'s hands and glass
• additional areas that appear to have old adhesive, paper or label residue
• scratches and wear across portions of the central artwork
• wear and scratching to the reverse side
• remnants of old adhesive or labels on the back

I have photographed these areas closely so the buyer can clearly judge the condition.

Despite the extensive wear, the central woman, her green dress, Coca-Cola bottles, Coca-Cola logos and overall advertising design remain recognizable and display well for an unrestored example.

Importantly, this is not being represented as mint or restored. The wear is part of the tray\'s history and age.
